Board Of Trustees
The Midvalley Sewer District is governed by a three-member Board of Trustees elected at large by District residents. Trustees serve staggered four-year terms in accordance with Utah law, ensuring continuity of leadership and long-term oversight of District operations.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for setting District policy, approving budgets, establishing rates, and providing overall governance to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the wastewater system. The Board works closely with District management to protect public health, maintain infrastructure, and plan for future community needs.
All meetings of the Board of Trustees are conducted in compliance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, reinforcing the District’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and public participation.
